1. Introduction

This website and application “Windfolio” (“Platform” or “Service”) is owned and operated by Pathnexis Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

Windfolio is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and Billing Software solution offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

By accessing or using Windfolio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

Windfolio provides digital software services including but not limited to:

POS billing system
GST-compliant invoicing
Inventory management
Sales reporting & analytics
Customer management
Subscription-based software access
Payment gateway integrations

Windfolio does not sell physical goods and does not handle logistics, shipping, or delivery of products.

3. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into contracts
Provide accurate business information
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

4. User Account Responsibilities

Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activities under their account
Ensuring accuracy of data
Compliance with applicable tax and GST laws

5. Subscription & Payments

Windfolio operates on a paid subscription model
Fees are payable in advance
Payments processed via third-party gateways
Non-renewal may result in service suspension

6. Payment Gateway Disclaimer

Windfolio is not responsible for payment failures, banking issues, settlement delays, or chargebacks. Such matters are governed by the respective payment gateway’s policies.

7. Data & Security

We implement reasonable security practices; however, internet transmission is not fully secure. Users must protect their credentials and devices.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and databases are the exclusive intellectual property of Pathnexis Solutions Private Limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect or consequential damages
No responsibility for losses due to user misuse
Liability limited to subscription amount paid

10. Termination

Fraud or illegal activity
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
