At Pathnexis Solution, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and business data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Windfolio account and associated information.
How to Request Account Deletion
Account deletion requests are handled through email verification to ensure security and prevent accidental or unauthorized data removal.
Request via Email
Send your deletion request to:
pathnexissolutions@gmail.com
Please include your registered mobile number, business name, or email ID used in the Windfolio system for verification.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your Windfolio account will be permanently deleted.
- All billing, invoice, order, and business-related data will be removed from active systems.
- Certain data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal, taxation, or regulatory requirements.
- All retained data is permanently deleted within 90 days.
- Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
Data Retention Timeline
- Account access is disabled immediately after deletion approval.
- Backup systems may retain data for up to 90 days.
Partial Data Deletion (Optional)
If you want to delete specific business data (such as invoices or order history) while keeping your Windfolio account active:
- Email your request to pathnexissolutions@gmail.com
- Clearly specify the data you want removed
