Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Nature of Service
Windfolio is a subscription-based POS and billing software provided on a
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
The Company does not sell physical products and does not provide shipping
services.
2. Subscription Model
Windfolio offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Custom enterprise plans
All subscription fees are payable in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription:
- Through their account dashboard
- By emailing customer support
until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not
automatically trigger a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be
considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error causing incorrect billing
- Payment deducted but service not activated
- Unauthorized charge (subject to verification)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the
transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed within
7–10 business days through the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of subscription
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Business losses
- Lack of internet access
- User negligence or misuse
6. Chargebacks
If a user initiates a chargeback without valid grounds:
- The account may be suspended
- Legal action may be initiated
- Access to services may be restricted
7. Modification of Plans
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription pricing
- Introduce new plans
- Discontinue features
Users will be notified in advance wherever applicable.
